Password help
Forgot your password?
Reset it directly with My Music Staff. You do not need to send your password to the studio.

Open the login page.
Visit the My Music Staff login page and select “Forgot Password.”

Enter your login email.
Enter the email address you normally use to access My Music Staff, then select “Reset Password.” You can also open the reset page directly.

Check your email.
Follow the instructions sent by My Music Staff to regain access to your account. If the email is missing, check your spam or junk folder.

Stay connected to your lessons.
Use the studio’s portal to manage available lesson times and your contact details. Account access differs for students and parents.
Cancel or reschedule
Cancel through the portal at least 24 hours before your lesson. To reschedule, book an open available slot in line with the studio’s policy. Contact Brent if you need help inside the cancellation deadline.
View makeup credits
See any available makeup credits in your portal. Open lesson times vary, so check the calendar for current availability.
Parent account & invoices
Parent logins can view account information and invoices. Student logins do not show financial accounts or invoices. Contact Brent with billing or payment questions.
Keep in touch
Update your own contact details and find your teacher’s email address and phone number in the portal.
Other My Music Staff tools
Depending on what is enabled or shared with your account, you may also find practice tools, lesson notes or resources, online lesson links, and calendar-sync options.
